Shipping policy

We only use USPS to ship domestically. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We always pack and ship your orders in an efficient manner with the exception of extenuating circumstances. If this is the case, we will contact you regarding the order. We are not responsible for your purchase after it leaves the postal office. We will try our hardest to find a solution for you regarding your package, but ultimately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package. If your package gets lost or stolen, please feel free to contact us and we will start researching a solution. 

When you go to checkout, you have the option of three different shipping methods. Each method is detailed below.

USPS First Class

Delivery occurs within 1-3 business days. Free door to door tracking is included but this service does not offer insurance. This is the typical option for most purchases.

USPS Priority Mail

Delivery typically occurs within two days. Free door to door tracking is included, as well as free shipping insurance up to $100.00. 

USPS Priority Mail Express

Delivery occurs overnight. In extenuating circumstances, Priority Mail Express may take up to two days. Free door to door tracking is included, as well as free shipping insurance up to $100.00. 

Shipping is calculated at time of checkout and is calculated based upon the weight of your package and your location within the United States. By shopping with Goldfinch Collective, you are agreeing to the above shipping policy.
